The City of North Augusta is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive parking management services for the Riverside Village district. The City intends to award a contract to the proposed offering the best overall value.

An OPTIONAL pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 AM ET, on Thursday, April 2, 2026 at the 1st floor entrance of the Center Street Deck which is located on Georgia Avenue, North Augusta, SC 29841.

All questions are due Friday, April10, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET.

Proposals are due Friday, April 17, 2026 no later than 12:00 PM ET. Proposals received after this time will be marked “LATE” and will not be considered.

No faxed or e-mailed bids will be accepted.

The awarded contractor must have a City of North Augusta business license.

All requested information should be provided in order for a bid to be considered responsive. However, any vendor which submits in its bid to the City any information which is determined to be substantially inaccurate, misleading, exaggerated, or incorrect, shall be disqualified from consideration.
