Conduct a comprehensive operational and environmental study to assess the feasibility, implications, benefits and risks of transitioning from a diesel, gas, and propane fleet (all vehicles, equipment and machinery) to an alternative fuel fleet. The study report will provide a strategy for transitioning or converting the fleet and insights into operational performance, cost-effectiveness, environmental impacts, capital investment, long-term maintenance and performance, and implementation timeline to allow for informed decisions to be made on proceeding with the transition.
