Solicitation Number: 36C24625Q0692_1 Notice Type: Pre-Solicitation The Department of Veterans Network Contracting Office (NCO 06), Hampton, VA on behalf of the Durham VA Health Care System (VAHCS), intends to solicit a Small Business e set-aside for UDI Tracker Plus Software License services for the Greenville VA Medical Center located at 401 Moye Blvd., Greenville, NC 27834. This pre-solicitation announcement publicizes the Department of Veterans Affairs intent to solicit for UDI Track Plus Software license. A Firm-Fixed price contract is anticipated to be awarded. The VA anticipates issuing a Small Business set-aside solicitation for this requirement. The solicitation and any amendments will be available on System for Awards Management (SAM)website in Contract Opportunities at http://www.SAM.gov. Potential quoters will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to offerors about the quote submission process. Prospective Quoters are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the SAM.gov website so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. Quotes will be evaluated for award after the soliciation has closed. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database under the applicable NAICS Code. Firms may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in SAM. Registration is free and potential quoters are encouraged to visit the SAM website and register as soon as possible.
