Description
This is a Design-Bid-Build construction project to remediate existing pedestrian facilities and bring them into compliance with current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards at 57 sites: 49 Access Request Sites and 8 LA28 Program Access Improvements (PAI) sites. The scope of work includes sidewalk, driveway, curb and gutter replacement; curb ramp installation; asphalt concrete patch repair; concrete intersection gutter repairs; tree removal, planting, canopy trimming, and root pruning; landscape restoration; removal and replacement of roll gate and track; adjustment of utility boxes and vaults to grade; and removal and reinstallation of water meters.
