One-time project for carpet tile removal, disposal, materials, and installation at the Nash Building, 103 Sewall Street, Augusta, Maine. Quantity 1 LOT. Estimated area is approximately 4,290 square feet. Required product is J+J Mills "Curate" Carpet Tile, Color 3694 Horizon; no equivalents accepted. Unit price must include all labor, materials, removal, disposal, adhesives, transition strips, patching/leveling compounds, accessories, freight, cleanup, and all other costs. Work must meet Appendix B - Detailed Specifications and attached drawings/specifications. FOB Destination.

Specifications :
The Vendor shall provide carpet tile removal, disposal, materials, and installation in accordance with all requirements set forth in Appendix B - Detailed Specifications and all RFQ attachments, including drawings, Section 09 68 13, wage determination, insurance requirements, access requirements, inspection, and acceptance requirements. The Vendor's price must include all costs necessary to complete the project.
