Rockingham County -Rockingham County, Virginia

The County of Rockingham, (the County) a political subdivision of the State of Virginia is seeking proposals from qualified professional engineering firms to provide general and specialized engineering services for a three-year period from July 1, 2026 until June 30, 2029 with an option of (2) one-year renewals through June 30, 2031. Work will consist primarily of design and contract administration for water distribution and sanitary sewer collection, water treatment and wastewater treatment projects as well as Solid Waste (Landfill) Engineering and support services. Landfill services include landfill gas management and groundwater monitoring related to a solid waste disposal operation. Other areas of specialized engineering work include, but are not limited to environmental management, stormwater management and Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (VDEQ) permitting as well as future county transportation and site development and construction projects.
