This is a single source posting notification, there are no solicitation documents for download. Please note this posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) Or Request for Proposal (RFP). The Minnesota Department of Military Affairs (MDMA) intends to renew our SpeckLink Subscription for 25 years for a 3-year term until October 2027. MDMA has determined that Building Systems Designs Inc DBA RIB Software North America is the sole source provider and manufacturer of the SpecLink Software. They are also the only Software Maintenance and Support resource for this software. There are no other resellers for the SpecLink Software.
