The Town of Kingston is seeking sealed bids for the removal, transportation, and disposal of liquid sludge from the Wastewater Treatment Facility, 8 Cranberry Road, Kingston. Bids documents are available on or after August 24, 2026, by email request to

Qualified persons or businesses are requested to submit sealed bids to Scott Lambiase, Town Administrator, Kingston Town House, 26 Evergreen St., Kingston, MA 02364, in a sealed envelope marked “Liquid Sludge” not later than 2:00 pm on Wednesday September 23, 2026, at which time they shall be publicly opened and read. Bid security in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each bid.
