CASC is seeking bids from hotels ONLY with on-site conference facilities, including lodging, direct meal services, and conference rooms for a five (5) day training conference in Williamsburg, VA March 2026. Bids must be submitted in eVA. Bids must include hotel name, address, contact information for the on-site contact person and cost for items requested. See Scope of Service Document. Provide the US dollar amount for each item in the eVA item list. You are also encouraged to upload a separate document with bid details into eVA. Summary: CASC is seeking bids for 100 hotel rooms for five (5) nights, one conference room for six (6) days, four (4) small breakout rooms for three (3) days, beverages throughout the day, afternoon refreshment breaks, breakfast buffet, lunch buffet, dinner two (2) nights, room for a catered dinner one (1) night, hospitality room for networking five (5) nights, complementary wi-fi, and parking for a training conference March 9-13, 2026, in Williamsburg, VA for 100 attendees/staff. The venue should have pedestrian access to shops, restaurants, recreation activities, and services. It also must be within 20-minute drive / 20 miles of 17300 Warwick Blvd, Newport News, VA 23603. Note: the final number of attendees/staff could vary slightly.
