Description
The Minnesota Department of Human Services, through its Behavioral Health Administration (STATE), is seeking proposals from qualified Responders to facilitate a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Community of Practice (CoP).
Pursuant to Minnesota Statute Section 254B.151, STATE must establish a SUD CoP to improve treatment outcomes for individuals with SUDs and reduce disparities by using evidence-based practices through peer-to-peer and person-to-provider sharing. STATE is seeking to partner with a vendor who will continue facilitation and management of the SUD CoP.
