2025 - 2030 Community Potable Water Treatment Services in Dutchess, Putnam, and Ulster Counties

Taconic DDSOO is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform Potable Water Treatment Services for Community sites operated by OPWDD in Dutchess, Putnam, and Ulster Counties. References, experience, financial resources, and applicable insurances are required.

OPWDD will select the responsible and responsive Bidder that will provide the lowest Total Annual Cost for Potable Water Treatment Services. One award will be made. An All-Inclusive Monthly Service Cost must be provided for every site in order for a bid to be considered qualified. All sites included in this Cost Proposal are to be serviced by the Bidder who is awarded the contract. Prevailing Wage applies.

Effective December 30, 2024 , in order to be qualified to work on public works projects covered by Article 8 of the Labor Law, all Contractors (including Subcontractors) must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL) in accordance with Labor Law § 220-i. Contractors must be registered before submitting a bid. In addition, Contractors must be registered prior to commencing any new work. Contractors must submit their Certificate of Registration at the time the bid is made.
