The objective of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to develop a short-list of qualified Offerors that will subsequently receive a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the project. The City will select a Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) as indicated in Section 3, Submission Requirements and Evaluation and in the best interest of the City.(See attached for the link to OpenGov to respond electronically)Please note that only initial procurement opportunities are posted on eVA.
