Remove The Existing Evaporator And Water Cooled Condenser From Atop And Inside Cold Room 919; Install New Refrigeration Equipment That Is Capable Of Maintaining 4C +/- 1C; Install New Line set To The New Evaporator And Condenser; Relocate ;Condenser From Atop The Cold Room To New Designated Location To Sit On A Fabricated Stand Down From Its Current Location; Connect Drain On New Evaporator To Existing Drain Line; Connect All Associated Electrical And Controls To New Evaporator
