Project Description: Muhlenberg School District (“District”) seeks proposals from qualified firms to furnish,
deliver, install, configure, and commission weapons detection systems (e.g., sensor
portals/arrays with AI analytics/Able to work without a LAN or using the cloud/batteries
lasting at least 16 hours/weatherproof), and to provide 3–5 days of on-site setup,
administrator training, and operator/end-user training within Muhlenberg Senior High
School and Muhlenberg Junior High School. The District intends to award a single contract
to the responsible offeror whose proposal is most advantageous to the District,
considering the evaluation criteria stated herein per 62 Pa.C.S. §513.
