It is the intention of the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) to refurbish the quantity of six (6) Telonics TGW-4577-4 bear collars. The DNR has deemed this a sole/single source because the collars were originally manufactured by Telonics. No other company can act on behalf of Telonics to repair and refurbish their own proprietary product.
