Description
The Red Deer Catholic Separate School Division (RDCSSD), a K-12 Catholic education system serving over 10,000 students, is seeking proposals from qualified financial institutions and service providers for Purchasing Card Services. RDCSSD aims to streamline and optimize its purchasing process with an effective, secure, and efficient purchasing card (P-Card) program, with an emphasis on cash-back incentives.
RDCSSD's annual spend is approximately $2,500,000 - $3,000,000, and we currently manage around 150 purchasing cards. Our total annual budget is approximately $120 million.
The Red Deer Catholic Separate School Division is seeking a long-term partnership with a purchasing card provider that can offer secure, efficient, and cost-effective services while enhancing the financial management capabilities of the division. We value providers who align with our commitment to stewardship, financial transparency, and community service.
