Prince Rupert Fire Rescue is seeking to procure a new pickup truck to serve as the department's command unit. This vehicle will be a key asset in emergency response, providing a reliable and functional platform for incident command operations. Proponents are encouraged to submit multiple options with detailed pricing, showcasing vehicles that meet or exceed the operational requirements of the department. While general  specifications are provided below, we welcome submissions that offer the best balance of capability, reliability, and value. Emergency lighting, communications equipment, and other upfitting will be completed separately and are not required as part of this procurement. The selected vehicle should be suitable for conversion into a fully operational command unit while meeting the department’s needs for durability, performance, and adaptability in emergency situations.
