LMCIT PATROL training for Law Enforcement

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) intends to procure a subscription to PATROL (Peace Officer Accredited Training Online) through a single source purchase with the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust (LMCIT). PATROL is a proprietary, subscription-based online training program developed and administered exclusively by LMCIT and is not available through any other vendor. The program provides Minnesota-specific, POST Board–accredited legal and training content designed for active law enforcement officers, with pricing, roster management, access controls, and renewal terms governed solely by LMCIT under its standard subscription agreement. Due to the proprietary nature of the PATROL platform, curriculum, and subscription structure, no other vendor can provide equivalent services. Accordingly, the BCA is posting this notice in compliance with Minnesota Statutes governing single source procurements.
