CITY OF OCEAN SPRINGS – FUEL SUPPLY SERVICES

The Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, will receive sealed or electronic bids for Fuel Supply Services until 2:00 p.m. (local time) on Friday, September 11, 2026, at Ocean Springs City Hall, 1018 Porter Avenue, Ocean Springs, Mississippi 39564. Bids may be submitted by mail, hand delivery, or electronically through the City's electronic bidding platform www.oceanspringsbids.com . Immediately following the deadline, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The City is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to furnish and deliver 87-Octane Ethanol-Free Unleaded Gasoline and No. 2 Undyed Ultra-Low Sulfur Highway Diesel Fuel to City-owned fuel storage facilities for a two-year period beginning October 1, 2026, and ending September 30, 2028.

Bid documents may be obtained through the City's online bidding portal at www.oceanspringsbids.com or examined at Ocean Springs City Hall, 1018 Porter Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Questions regarding obtaining bid documents or regarding electronic bidding should be directed to PH Bidding Group at (662) 407-0193.

All specification questions shall be submitted in writing to Vicky Hupe, Deputy City Clerk, at vhupe@oceansprings-ms.gov . Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities or irregularities as permitted by law, and accept the lowest and best responsive and responsible bid determined to be in the City’s best interest. No bidder may withdraw a bid for sixty (60) days following the scheduled bid opening.
