This project can be described as the restoration of the existing parking lot and loading dock in the building 2385 equipment storage compound in the Fort Pickett Cantonment area. A Mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the conference room of Building T0229 within the DPW Compound, at 10:30 AM, on April 7, 2026. Following sign-in and the reading of the pre-bid conference agenda we will visit the job site. Virginia military installations now require a Real ID for access to the installation. All parties must present valid government approved identification (REAL ID) when arriving on Fort Pickett and should allow extra time accordingly.
