INVITATION TO BID
Bids are invited by the owner of 31 Quincy Court, Groton, CT. Bids will be received on behalf of
the owner by the Town of Groton, Planning Department 134 Groton Long Point Road, Groton, CT
until 2:00 P.M., April 14, 2026, at which time they will be opened and read aloud.
Bid packages are available at the Town of Groton's website, www.groton-ct.gov or at the State of
Connecticut CT Source website, portal.ct.gov/DAS/CTSource/Login State Contracting Portal,
Town of Groton Solicitation 059-PI-13.
Mandatory pre-bid conference: 9:00 AM on April 7, 2026, 31 Quincy Court, Groton, CT
Scope of work includes Gutter repair, windows, doors, vinyl siding, electrical, plumbing, kitchen
cabinets, flooring, painting.
