Project Description: Improvements to the 5.0 MG ground storage tank. This includes blasting and recoating the interior piping and replacing the existing hardware; interior floor, floor-wall, and vertical wall expansion joint sealing, exterior roof-wall expansion joint sealing, installing backer rod for joint repairs, concrete ceiling repairs, concrete floor crack repairs, exterior roof corner joint concrete repair, and exterior root expansion joint sealing.
Additive repairs that may be incorporated to the 5.0 MG GST improvements include interior floor waterproofing coating from Xypex (or equal) if prevalent floor cracks are found, and the addition of new tank vents.
