The Wisconsin State Fair Park Facility Services Department (WSFP Facility Services Department), requests Bids for the purchase of year-round Janitorial Services at the Wisconsin State Fair facilities and grounds, and intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract.
This Bid requires that Bidders attend a Mandatory Pre-Bid site visit in order to submit a Bid and be considered for an award. All attendees must meet in the lobby of the Tommy G. Thompson (TGT) Youth Center on October 28th, 2025 at 11:00 AM CT. See Section 3.4.1 for WSFP's address and Gate 5 access requirements to enter the fairgrounds. All Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Visit attendees must register at least 72 hours in advance of the site visit by emailing Jason Starke at jason.starke@wistatefair.com. Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Visit attendees may be required to present a photo ID at the gate upon arrival. |
