Professional Consulting Services for DRI Projects

The Village of Endicott, New York is seeking project specific qualifications for professional consulting services related to Downtown Revitalization Initiative projects. The Village of Endicott is coordinating the project with NYSDOS to ensure it meets the requirements of the Downtown Revitalization Initiative award guidelines.

The consultant services provided under this contract will be development of preliminary and final design plans, design approval documents, bid documents and engineering review during construction. Construction Inspection Services may be provided under a supplemental agreement. Survey will be supplied to the consultant, but supplemental survey may be required.

The work will include obtaining input from village committees, assessment of environmental impacts, engineering needed to finalize the project objectives, coordination of participating agency reviews and handling compliance with all regulatory requirements. Specific details on design team/consultants should be expressed in the RFQ.
