THE PHILADELPHIA GAS WORKS (PGW) IS SOLICITING REQUESTS FOR
THE DISPOSAL OF 40G ENCODED RECEIVER TRANSMITTERS (ERTs).
THESE DEVICES INCLUDE ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS, BATTERIES, AND HEAVY METALS. THE SUCCESSFUL PROPOSER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DISPOSING OF ALL ERT UNITS AND RELATED MATERIALS IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE CITY, STATE, AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS.
THE CONTRACTOR WILL COORDINATE FREIGHT LOGISTICS AND MANAGE DISPOSAL OPERATIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS.
