The Town of Glade Spring, Virginia is requesting sealed proposals from qualified Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firms to provide pre-audit services to prepare the Townâs financial records for an independent audit for fiscal years 2023, 2024, and 2025, including a Single Audit in compliance with federal funding requirements under 2 CFR Part 200, Subpart F. Procurement will be conducted by competitive negotiation in accordance with the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA). Price will not be the sole determinant for award. Competitive sealed proposals will be evaluated based on criteria formulated to ensure the best overall value for the Town.
