APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The purpose of this project is to replace two filter-separators used by the bulk fueling transfer cabinet at Army Aviation Support Facility (AASF) #2 Jet A (F-24) bulk storage facility in St. Cloud, Minnesota.
Filter-separators are located in a transfer/hot-refueling cabinet. Internal coatings of two filter separators were beginning to crack and flake, breaking off the system itself. AASF staff shut the inlet and outlet vales and disconnected the vessel from the rest of the filter separator components.
