Go south on Packard Rd to MA-117. Go west on MA-117 until Hudson Rd. Follow Hudson Rd south to Old Stow Rd. At the end of Old Stow Rd, take Cox St to the west to Lincoln St / MA-85. Follow MA-85 south until Framingham Rd. Take Framingham Rd east until it turns into Farm Rd. Follow Farm Rd northeast until it turns into Broadmeadow St. Go south on Parmenter St, onto Parmenter Rd, to Pine Hill Rd. Follow Pine Hill Rd south until MA-30. Offered space shall not be in the 1 or 0.2 percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” and “500-year” floodplains).

The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Concord, MA, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
