Bid Description:
Drainage improvements for the tennis court, building perimeter drainage for the main
house, driveway ditch and associated drainage improvements, reconstruction of the wood steps in kind with pressure
treated wood, preservation and reinstallation of the stone steps to the main house. A re-roofing project is also being done
concurrently by other contractors, and the drainage work may need to be coordinated with that work.
