This solicitation is set aside for small business. NAICS 115310 - Support Activities for Forestry - Fuels Management Services. The small business size standard is $34.0 million. Product Service Code F014 - Natural Resources/Conservation - Tree Thinning. The Purchase Order will be issued as a firm, fixed-price agreement with a single lump sum payment.

Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management, N.W. Colorado Fire Management Unit, Moffat County Colorado has a requirement to perform hazardous fuels reduction by mechanical mastication of pinyon pine and juniper with an estimated 628 acres with work to be performed from August 1, 2026 - December 15, 2026. The project area is approximately 21 miles southwest of Meeker, Rio Blanco County, Colorado T3S, R96W, Sec 14, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 34. T4S, R96W, Sec. 3. This work is to move the project area toward desired resource conditions, while reducing the risk of large and severe wildland fires, enhance big game habitat, and improving forest and rangeland health.
