QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION: E-mail is the required method for offer submission. The Contracting

Specialist or Officer will send a confirmation email once your quote is received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, the Government did not receive your quote. Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following:

1. Complete (must be signed) Page 2 of RFQ (or contractor equivalent*) .


2. Technical Plan IAW SOW


3. Technical Specifications of Quoted Product IAW SOW/Salient Characteristics

* The offeror is not required to use Page 2 of this RFQ; however, if you choose not to use it, all of the information on Page 2 of this RFQ must be included in your offer.

Site Visit: A site visit will be scheduled for this requirement. An amendment will be posted with the details.

***Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendement is to provide a date for the pre-proposal site visit. It will be held on 13 Jul 26, at 0900 AM (CDT). Please email taylor.norris@us.af.mil for further information if you are planning on attending. Additionally, the close date for this solicitation has been extended to 24 Jul 26.
