The City of Gainesville is requesting proposals for the Gainesville Hancock Facilities G85BP LOT 15A – Site Civil Project. The Project will consist of demo, site clearing, grading (including rock excavation), erosion control measures, storm water detention facilities, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water mains, curb and gutter, asphalt paving, fencing, final stabilization, and landscaping. Proposals will be received at the Department of Water Resources Engineering and Construction Services Division, 757 Queen City Parkway, Gainesville, GA 30501, 1st Floor until 2:00 p.m., local time, Thursday, April 9, 2026.
