Employee Wellness Platform and Related Services

Through this solicitation, the County seeks to establish a contract with a vendor that has an established wellness presence, user friendly technology and reporting capabilities, and demonstrates a commitment to member engagement and participation that will allow eligible members access to a program that includes:

• Web and Mobile capabilities
• Health Assessments
• Single sign-on (SSO)
• Lifestyle management and condition support digital health programs
• Connections with wearable devices
• An individualized rewards/incentive program
• A web-portal containing health resources, tools, and tracking
• Health challenges and gamification

The County reserves the right under the Contract that results from this RFP to negotiate at any time during the term of the contract, changes in program offerings, enhancements to the Wellness platform, and/or other changes that are within the general scope of the executed Contract subject to mutual written agreement of the parties via an approved Contract Amendment.
