Synopsis: The RM of Shellbrook No. 493 is accepting lump-sum bids for the installation of one 2200 mm x 17 m CSP culvert at NE 24-50-03-W3. Full tender package and bid form are attached under Competition Documents. Additional Information: The RM invites lump sum bids for installation of one (1) 2200 mm × 17 m CSP culvert. RM Supplied Materials: Culvert, riprap, geotextile, clay fill, pit run/granular bedding, traffic gravel. Contractor Responsibilities: Provide all labour/equipment. Haul RM supplied materials as required. Work Requirements: • Remove existing culvert; stockpile at RM designated location. • Install RM supplied 2200 mm × 17 m CSP culvert. • Place granular subbase/sand/pit run bedding. • Rebuild washed out embankment with RM supplied clay; compact in lifts. • Restore road crown and approx. 4% cross slope. • Install geotextile at inlet/outlet. • Place/shape riprap apron; provide erosion/sediment control. • Final grade to match existing profile. • Apply up to 50 mm traffic gravel. • Remove excess material; restore site. Contractor Submission Requirements: Lump sum price (excluding culvert/gravel supply), equipment list, insurance, schedule/start date, two references, safety/environmental compliance.
