The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) is accepting applications from multifamily building owners, managers, or operators for their buildings to become Qualified Demonstration Sites for the Clean Heat for All: Packaged Terminal Heat Pump Program. This RFQL is intended to qualify multifamily buildings of at least (5) apartment units located in New York State, with existing through-wall openings suitable for Packaged Terminal Heat Pump installation, who can host a demonstration project with a manufacturer awarded under PON 5907 by the 2026 Heating Season (December 2026).
