Description: Housing Visions Construction Co (HVCC) is currently soliciting bids from all subcontractors and vendors for the substantial renovation of the Coventry Commons in Newark, NY. The Coventry Commons project will consist of the substantial rehabilitation of 130-132 Harrison St. in Newark, NY (main bldg.) into 96 residential apartments with a mix of one- and two-bedroom units. The two-story annex building on the south edge of the site will also be substantially rehabilitated into five residential apartments with a mix of one- and two-bedroom units. The project will also include the demolition of two warehouse areas and three smaller areas on the first floor of the main building. Subcontractors and vendors for all trades are needed.
