Hyde Park Golf Dome Annex - South Building Interior Renovation

Alterations to provide a clean and dry shell for future development and to remediate water damage from previously repaired roof damage including mold and hazardous materials remediation, selective demolition, replacements of ceilings, drywall, insulation, and finishes, electrical fixture and device replacements, restart and cleaning of existing mechanical units and modification to existing duct work and mechanical systems and equipment. The project will be constructed under coordinated, concurrent multiple contracts including General, HVAC, and Electrical Contract Work.
