FINANCE OPERATIONS EVALUATION SERVICES. The City of Edina is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of its Finance Department operations, including Payroll. The selected consultant will review current processes, identify redundancies, and recommend actionable improvements to optimize efficiency, clarify roles, and align departmental practices with City priorities and values.
