General Construction:
a. The work of this project shall consist of modernization of elevator A and elevator C. This
work shall include, but not be limited to the following:
1) Removal of and replacement of elevator equipment & controls, hoistway doors and
frames, elevator car interiors, along with the HVAC, plumbing, & electrical work
associated with the modernization.
