Copies of the Request for Proposal, existing labor management agreements, and existing contracts are available free of charge at Marsh & McLennan Agency, 6160 Golden Hills Drive, Golden Valley, MN 55416.  No vendor may withdraw their bid within thirty (30) days after the date of opening bids without the consent of the City of South St. Paul. The City of South St. Paul reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in bidding of advertisement.
