Description
The City of Peachtree Corners (¿City¿), a community of more than 40,000 residents, is seeking proposals from qualified firms, partnerships, joint ventures, teams, or co-proposers (¿Proposer¿) to provide a comprehensive rewrite of the City¿s Zoning Ordinance along with updates to the City¿s Land Development and Building Codes. The City desires to enter into a professional services contract with a qualified Proposer who can demonstrate competency and experience in drafting municipal zoning ordinances and development codes in the State of Georgia.
