REQUEST FOR QUOTES
UPDATE: Due time will be at 4:00pm on June 24, 2025.
This project includes the in-kind removal and replacement of the two existing entry stair and platform assemblies. The intent is to improve safety while maintaining the current design and layout.
There will be a NON-mandatory Pre-Quote meeting at 9:00am on June 23, 2025. will be held at the Projects Office (project site), 720 & 722 Egan Way, Kodiak, Alaska, 99615. Questions due by 2:00pm on June 23, 2025.
Quotes will be accepted until 2:00pm local time on June 24, 2025, and will be accepted via email, fax, mail or in person, to the contact listed on the Bidder Registration Form. The bids will be publicly opened and read at that time. A copy of the quote schedule is attached for your use in submitting quotes. If submitting a physical copy, please submit to the Office of Finance, 710 Mill Bay Road, Kodiak, Alaska, 99615.
