Description: This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the State University of New York (“SUNY”), Empire State University (“Empire”). SUNY Empire seeks a responsive and responsible vendor to provide a Media Buying Services outside of New York State, as defined in the specifications listed in the RFP (ESU-203735114). The results of the RFP will be used to award a contract for Out of State Media Buying Services for a six-month campaign from January 2026 to June 2026. Following the completion of the campaign, SUNY Empire and the winning Bidder may mutually agree to exercise 1 or 2 six-month options to extend the contract for additional campaigns to be conducted from July 2026 to December 2026 and January 2027 to June 2027. The RFP will be awarded to the vendor determined to be most qualified to meet the specifications and requirements as described in this RFP.
