ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 502 N. 4th St., PO Box 83720, Boise, Idaho 83720-0072 until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Thursday, January 08, 2026 for DPW Project 24571 Renovate Admin H.Q. Ofc, State St, Idaho Transportation Department.

A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: Full removal of all Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) within the building identified in the 1) Atlas Building Materials Investigation Report (including all Appendices) dated September 5, 2025 and 2) Atlas Asbestos Abatement Design Specification dated December 5, 2025. Scope of Work includes removal and disposal of any existing furnishings (moveable cubicle partitions, furniture, other moveable items) that interfere with full removal of identified ACMs.

Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Monday, December 22, 2025, beginning at 1:00 p.m., prevailing local time, at the ITD HQ Building 3311 W. State Street, Boise, ID 83703. Please meet at the East Entrance to the building. Bidders are encouraged to attend.

A Public Works Contracors License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.

A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.

Estimated Cost: $3,000,000.00
