Description: The work of this single bid project includes the demolition of a 10-story reinforced concrete parking garage. Remove and dispose off-site 7 above grade levels and 3 below grade levels including removal of all remaining furnishings, equipment, and rubbish stored within the garage building and site, all site paving and plantings to edge of concrete sidewalk, all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing features, and building foundations. Regrade the site including drainage modifications, installing site improvements, perimeter fence and site lighting. Provide temporary shoring. A Project Labor Agreement (PLA) has been adopted for this project. This agreement openly promotes bidding from all contractors – union and non-union. The low bidder must execute and abide by the terms of the project-specific Project Labor Agreement. This Project Labor Agreement also impacts acceptable staffing patterns for the project. The PLA should be read in its entirety by all potential bidders prior to submitting a Proposal. Plans will be available after October 28, 2025, through Camelot Print and Copy Centers (518-435-9696 & http://www.camelotplanroom.com ). A project walk-through has been scheduled for November 6, 2025 at 1:00pm, meeting at 151 East 34th Street - Corner of Lenox Rd and East 34th St, Brooklyn, NY 11203. All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 3/22 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
