The plan is to design demolition drawings that will include selective salvage on some of the components and materials, which will be determined during the design process. Since the plaza design is still ongoing, the site will be turned into green space. The design will also incorporate the hazmat abetment based on procedure supplied by the University. In addition, the design will include the civil and landscaping after the demolition is completed, including selective tree removal if required.
