CONSTITUTION PARK TRAILS WAYFINDING
CITY PROJECT NO. 2025-14-RECR

Completed bids shall be submitted to the City of Cumberland’s online solicitation website, until but not after 2:00 p.m., local time, on 1/21/2026.  All Bids will be virtually released at 2:00 p.m. on that date and available to view on the website. Project Description:

The City of Cumberland (hereafter referred to as the “City”) is soliciting proposals from established and qualified vendors for the design, provision, and installation of wayfinding signage for the Constitution Park Trail System in the City of Cumberland. The City is looking for information kiosks, directional signage, and road crossing signage in order to properly inform trail users of information pertaining to the trail itself and to increase awareness and safety of users. The consultant should make an effort to match the general theme and style of existing park signage; however, alternatives will also be considered.

A virtual "Mandatory PREBID SESSION” for the purpose of answering or obtaining answers to questions of parties interested in performing the work, relative to construction details, will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on 1/6/2026. A link to the teleconference will be posted on the online solicitation website at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.

The Mayor and City Council reserve the right to waive any technicalities and to reject any or all bids, and to accept any or all proposals which in their judgment is to the best interest of the City.
