- SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, materials, supervision, and transportation to replace an aging bathtub and accessories.

- Remove existing shower/tub trim from shower surround
- Remove existing fiberglass tub and walls
- Remove existing diverter valve
- Supply and install new mold/water resistant greenboard on back wall and two side walls
- Supply and install new tub/shower diverter valve from Wolverine Brass Inc.
- Supply and install new 60 x 30 x 15 white acrylic replacement tub
- Supply and install new white acrylic walls on back wall and two side walls
- Supply and install new chrome 24inch grab bar and white acrylic four shelf corner caddy
- Supply and install new Raincan shower hand held shower head with 5’ hose and glide bar
- Clean, caulk, haul and dispose all debris to an off sight dumpster
- SUBMIT QUOTE ON YOUR COMPANY LETTERHEAD AND MAKE SURE YOU ADD YOUR UEI# AS WELL.
