Richard-Allan Scientific LLC Histology and Cytology

SUNY Upstate Medical University intends to purchase Richard-Allan Scientific LLC Histology and Cytology and Related Products from a contract awarded by Premier pursuant to its authority under section 163 (3) (vi), which authorizes the purchases of commodities from a consortium or comparable entity in lieu of using a centralized contract and without a formal competitive process when justified by price. Vendors who sell equivalent Richard-Allan Scientific LLC Histology and Cytology and Related Products may, if interested, contact Brennan LaQue at laqueb@upstate.edu to discuss the procurement.

Equivalency must be demonstrated by meeting the clinical performance of the Richard-Allan Scientific LLC Histology and Cytology and Related Products. If offering a clinical equivalent, the vendor must provide free supporting clinical documentation, and equipment for examination, demonstration, and trial. Vendor must be authorized to see Richard-Allan Scientific LLC Histology and Cytology as listed on the Premier contract or approved equivalent.
