Description: On October 24, 2025, PSEG Long Island, as agent of and acting on behalf of LIPA, issued a request for proposals, the 2025 ISO-NE Capacity Request for Proposals, to procure up to 345 MW of Capacity from one or more generating facilities located in the New England Control Area for the NYISO Capability Years 2027 – 2028, 2028 – 2029, 2029 – 2030, 2030 - 2031, and 2031 - 2032, which are eligible to qualify as Locational Installed Capacity for Long Island (Load Zone K) under the applicable NYISO Rules.
